MODV is a program for displaying Magic Online Deck files (.dec).

See MTG DB section for the newest database.

NOTE: Card pictures do NOT come with EXE or Setup downloads. - See Magic Card Cacher for downloading all the images automatically.

Version 0.1.3 doesn't display foil (premium) versions of cards. This has been fixed in newer versions by stripping the foil bit off, making the card display as a normal card.
