GlobWare started in 1999 to provide freeware programs and games
for Windows. After the Sony PSP was introduced and the PSP-Dev
crew released tools so anyone could write games for the PSP, GlobWare
released a few sample “homebrew” games including Squarez which
turned out to be a hit among the “homebrew” scene. GlobWare began
developing games for Windows again using Microsoft’s XNA and then
moved to the iPhone platform to bring games to mobile devices.
